Return Window
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Requests must be submitted through our return portal within this timeframe. Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items marked final sale
• Limited drops or made-to-order pieces
• Personalized or customized products
How to Start a Return
Returns are requested directly through your order.
To start a return:

Log into your customer account or access your order confirmation email

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Submit your return request through our return portal

Follow the instructions provided for shipping your item back
Returns must be approved before items are sent.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time from your bank or card provider may vary.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges at this time.
To secure a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 5 days of delivery and include photos.
Our team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Returns
Return requests submitted outside the 30-day window may be declined.
Packages lost in transit without tracking are the responsibility of the sender.
