Return & Refund Policy

At For Your Soul, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, you can review our return eligibility, return window, and refund process below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, your return must be requested within this 30-day window and the item must meet all eligibility requirements outlined below.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift-with-purchase items
  • Limited collaborations

Please review your order and product details carefully before purchasing items marked as final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@foryoursoul.com within 5 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We'll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, log in to your account at foryoursoul.com and submit a request through your order history.

  1. Select the order and item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
  3. Once your request is reviewed, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colorway, subject to availability.

The same 30-day return window and item condition requirements apply to exchanges. You can request an exchange through your order history or contact hello@foryoursoul.com for assistance.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After your refund has been processed, please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account.
