Shipping Policy

At For Your Soul, every order is packed with intention and care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and fulfillment before shipment. During launches, sales periods, or high-volume moments, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our studio.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship using USPS and UPS.

Shipping options — including standard and expedited services — are available and calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.

We offer both domestic and international shipping.


Estimated Delivery Time

After processing:

Standard U.S. shipping: typically arrives within 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: delivery timing varies based on the service selected at checkout
International shipping: delivery timing varies by destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping speed.

We may offer promotional free shipping thresholds on select campaigns or collections when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, For Your Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or your building office
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
• Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will be required for reshipment.

We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.


International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping rates unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may cause delivery delays outside of our control.
